• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved online gateways.
• Bookings not paid within the deadline may be canceled automatically.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (Mobile App, email or online form) or contact us.
• Refunds are subject to the terms of the airline, hotel, or service provider.
• Service fees and non-refundable deposits (if any) are excluded from refunds.
• Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the provider and payment method.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
• Yalla Go provide visa assistance but do not guarantee visa approvals.
• The company is not liable for denied entries or delays due to documentation issues.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended and may be required for some destinations.
• Yalla Go is not liable for costs incurred due to trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events.

• Yalla Go reserves the right to change or modify itineraries, services, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, Yalla Go will offer suitable alternatives or refunds when applicable.

• Yalla Go acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Yalla Go is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
• Yalla Go is not liable for any force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or acts of terrorism.

• Clients must comply with local laws and travel regulations.
• Any misconduct or illegal behavior during travel may result in termination of services without a refund.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, depending on the country in which the service is provided.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as applicable based on the location of the booking or service delivery.
